What is “Project Graduation”?
Project Graduation is a chem-free alternative to student graduation celebrations. It originated in Maine in 1980, the year after Maine lost 15 students in automobile crashes following graduation celebrations. By 1983, Maine reached zero fatalities related to drinking and driving during the graduation season. By 1987, Project Graduation became a national approach to graduation celebrations
