Dear Parents of Seniors:
Project Graduation is being created due to the efforts of many parents and students. A committee has been formed to organize Project Graduation for the graduating seniors. If you would like to become involved or have any questions please email:
Kerri Eng email@example.com
The goal of Project Graduation has always been to provide a safe environment for our seniors on their graduation night. In 1979, the Oxford Hills area in Maine experienced seven alcohol and other drug-related teen deaths during the commencement season. As a result of this tragedy, the schools and communities in the Oxford Hills area offered their students an alternative to the “traditional” graduation night drinking and driving temptations that all too often end in tragedy. By 1986, Project Graduation activities were held in all 50 states.
Thank you to all who have given of their time and financial support. Planning an event like this for such a large group can be costly. We have begun our Project Graduation fundraising already by using CLYNK Bottle Recycling through Hannaford, sponsoring Falmouth’s Got Talent as well as many other fundraisers that will be planned throughout the year. In addition, every parent of a senior is asked to support the cost of their child. A donation of $125.00 per child will underwrite much of the cost of one student. Please remember that ALL SENIORS are invited and welcomed regardless of their ability to pay. In order to plan a wonderful and memorable evening, we would like to receive your donation before January 1st. On behalf of the safety and well being of all Falmouth seniors, we thank you in advance for your generous support.
LEVELS OF SUPPORT:
- FIRST MATE: $125.00 (supports one student)
- CAPTAIN: $150.00 (supports one student & partial scholarship)
- YACHTSMAN: $200.00 (supports one student & full scholarship)
- Donations can also be made in payments of $50.00
Please send checks to: Falmouth High School Project Graduation, 74 Woodville Road, Falmouth, ME 04105

It won’t be long before your senior marches down that aisle to Pomp & Circumstance. Remember to enjoy and savor this time with your senior! And please feel free to contact us with any questions.
